Man, did people HATE Antonin Scalia.
To me, his philosophy of Constitutional interpretation-- i.e. to determine what the law was actually supposed to mean rather than re-interpreting it based on modern circumstances--is the only honest method for a Supreme Court Justice.
RIP
I miss him already.
